Ceviche de Soya

Ceviche preparado con soya texturizada, rico y light. Se acompaña con tostadas.

  1. Se pone a hervir 3 tazas de agua en una olla, con especias al gusto, por ejemplo: hojas de laurel, orégano o pimienta. Se puede agregar también un poco de consomé de pollo en polvo. Una vez hervida se apaga el fuego y se agregan los 100g de soja texturizada para que se hidraten y se deja reposar por 10 min. Pasado este tiempo de reposo se escurre para eliminar el agua no absorbida por la soya y se deja enfriar mientras se pican los demas ingredientes.
  2. Se pica toda la verdura en pequeños trocitos. Se agregan a la soya.
  3. Se agrega jugo de limón al gusto, puré de tomate, el jugo V8 y se sazona con salsa de soya.
