Muffin Salgado de Frango

Saudável, low carb, sem farinha de trigo.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Ralar o queijo; a cenoura; picar a azeitona; fazer farinha com a castanha de caju e reservar.
  2. Misturar todos os ingredientes em um bowl, exceto fermento, ovo e água.
  3. Bater os ovos a mão mesmo, em uma vasilha separada, apenas para misturar gema e clara. Depois colocar na massa e misturar.
  4. Polvilhar o fermento em cima da massa e colocar a água, e mistura tudo.
  5. Colocar em formas de cupcake.
  6. Assar em forno pré-aquecido a 200c por 40 minutos.
