I don't deserve a "Wow" or "Great Job", as Cancer was the recipe for most of my 90 plus pound weight loss. :)
Now that I am at this weight I am trying to not gain, and hopefully lose a pound or two per month. Mostly, I am just happy to be alive.

That's a hell of a diet! Now the trick is to win by not gaining!

My husband nearly died in a terrible car accident last year, but he survived! He lost 40 lbs. and has kept off 25 that he needed off. We call in - now- " the crash diet!" It's only funny in retrospect! He's glad to eat on my diet with me to keep it from creeping back.

I am just eating whatever I want, but my portions are much smaller than before the cancer. I sure hope I can get back to drinking some booze. Maybe just some red wine. I think I can do without beer.
I am riding a new recumbent bike (bad two lower disks) and hopefully some exercise will also help.
As erikahollister said, if I don't gain any weight that will be fine, as I weigh the least I have in about 40 years.

I had a scotch and water yesterday, while watching my Hogs and Hawkeyes, and it did not taste good to me. I may just stay totally away from alcohol. I am sure that would be a good idea for weight maintenance.
