I've gotten lax. It's all on me, I know this. I haven't worked out like I'm suppose to, and since I've loss the weight, I've have foods that I know I shouldn't have. Maintaining is hard. I'm going to go back to my food plan that started this all and work on working out 5 days a week like I use to. No one told me it would be easy. But worth it, absolutely! #stayhealthy

Well you're still below your goal weight so that's a good thing! Good thing is you know exactly what you need to do and how to do it, just get to it. I'm not in maintenance yet but I'm sure it's a process of figuring out how to do it the best way, just like it was to lose the weight to get there.

You're doing just the right thing now by getting back on a healthy eating track. It'll be good to stop this trend before we get into holiday season...

Maintenance is about the lifestyle change overall. We cannot go back to our old ways. Good Luck!

Try googling 'weight maintenance' to get some ideas. There's lots of stuff out there! Well done for seeing the problem and deciding to do something about it!

This is a forever change of lifestyle; so we have to figure out the best way we can reduce and live with it long term. It is very hard. Kudos to you for reaching goal and reining yourself in when you slipped! WTG!!

Thanks guys! Still under a lb or 2 of my goal, so I don't feel too bad, but I was just mad at myself since my motivation seemed to slow down. I've gone back to prepping my lunch for the week and now I'm trying some new exercises that I purchased. Thanks for all of the great advice!
