Ok, so the scale hasnt been going down, but man, have I lost some inches!!!!!!!!!!!! That means I'm losing fat, right?
I have no fat on my legs anymore, and the only place I still have chub on is my stomach, which is still going down, just slower. I figure my body really has no choice but to eat up the rest of that next!

I am about 10-11lbs overweight now, instead of 124lbs overweight!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll take that. Being 10 pounds overweight after being 125lbs overweight is surreal. I did it slow enough that I have no loose skin yet and with toning, weight training and a good tan, I think I look pretty good. :)

It's taken me 2 years but it has totally been worth it.

170.0 lb Lost so far: 113.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Just take your % of body fat, it's very easy do that. Congrats!

That's amazing and give me hope that it can be done. It's what I am trying to do. So far I'm down about 15 and hopefully a bit more by my weigh in tomorrow. I am also taking things slow and trying to do this the healthy way but eating right and exercising. What are some of the tings that you have learned? If you don't mind sharing?

WaterStar, I ate healthy and I walked. The main thing is I kept going. When I would fall off, I got back on, and I stuck to it. Time was my friend...... I started out saying come hell or high water, I was going to stick to it for ONE YEAR......a la Extreme Weight Loss. One year. Well, I did so good at one year, its now been 2, and I will continue because it feels wonderful. I did it the right way(after alot of trial and error lol) and went from a size 22/24W to a size 12(regular) in those 2 years. I tried to make it about my health and not my vanity, but now, it makes me so proud to know what I've accomplished. My self esteem is better,too. It can be done. It has been frustrating at times, slow at times, but sticking to it is the #1 thing......getting back on the wagon when you fall off, and committing to it.
