203 and dropping.. it wiggled back and forth from 203-204 then stayed at 203 so Imma go with that. I'm expecting to move up and down all this week but meh, success is not measured by the idiot box in my book. And I know I'm doing my part so screw the box. Mike and I sat down Saturday night and wrote out our plans/goals for the week and today is day two of sticking to it. Its 745 am and we are off for a walk before work at 930 am. Goals for today: 60 oz of water, 10 k in steps and keep my cool at work all day and don't sweat the small stuff. I've been reminded that there is more to my life than work and I am, on a bigger path. My son and I have made this a lifestyle and I'm going to embrace it today! Cheers to everyone and hope everyone has a happy Monday. GO ME !!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 103.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yes Gwen,,, every time i want a cookie i say ,, 199,199,199 in my head over and over... I'm so close the wait is killing me... as we say in Texas, time to hunker down ... Im like Dori from Finding Nemo... Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...
