I've been wondering when you would have them! I have pork chops in my current diet, usually I buy them at Costco and cut them in quarters - so I have a small portion. But I have started to realize that I need some larger portions when it's protein, otherwise I don't get enough protein. Those look good!

Bill, hope they were delish!! Amazing that you has such self control! I marinated my to die for Korean BBQ chicken thighs as rain has been predicted. They are now in the oven as it's too dry to chance starting a grill.

Yeah, in the freezer, definitely easier. If you want the directions, more than happy to share. Learned not to marinate them more than overnight unless you want them really spicy and the oven is not as good as the grill. the threat of fires is way to high for me to feel good about lighting even my gas grill. They are still really good.
