Woke at 215.2, up 3.2 from yesterday as my body adds glycogen back to my muscle mass. Speaking at an event this morning and will eat breakfast there. Targeting about 1800 Keto calories. UPDATE: Had a nice breakfast at my speaking event and then came home early because Em was feeling ill. I took the metro to her office and drove her home. Still weighted 215.2 before a late lunch. That was my last weigh in today, so that's today's low. Ate pretty much on calorie and macro targets.
