Wondering how you all do this with such ease. I have tried to post a picture and failed. Anyone willing to help me? I am drinking 100oz of water and not enjoying it and wondering how can I leave the house? I have not blown Keto and this is day #6. I feel great and am sleeping for the first time in years.

It may look like ease but it's hard work, you just cant see us crying lol. You have to be on the website for picture then go to toolbox then click image!

Click on My Fatsecret and scroll down a little on the right side of the page, there should be a My Toolbox section. Click on "My Image" and you can upload an image from there.

You’re doing great! Was Be careful drinking too much water! You can actually dehydrate yourself by losing too many electrolytes. Mixed info out there but I think this has caused me some struggles.

On the app you can add photos too. After logging a meal it will say add photo, select the camera roll icon, then select the photo you want to add, scroll down and you can add a caption.

By drinking Sole Solution you can keep your electrolytes up with such a high volume of water. Also good job on keeping keto, the first week is the hardest. But always being prepared and having a game plan while eating out or being away from home is what keeps me on track.

That's odd @murphthesurf. Maybe they are too large? Try saving them for web maybe?

I t drink a gallon of water per day and take sea salt and eat celery to keep my electrolytes up.

I think you can lose too much sodium and electrolytes with too much water. Google it for some advice. Personally, I shoot for keeping my urine light colored. 84 oz seems to do it for me and I still have to supplement electrolytes. Good luck. You'll get the hang of it. 💕

You should probably talk to your Doc about drinking this much water. Drinking too much can affect your 💜
