My name is Michele. I am a stay at home, homeschooling mama to two girls in the beautiful Ojai Valley, Cali. But over the years I have let depression and lifestyle take a toll on my health. I have been doing keto diet for a few months now and have lost 28lbs and learned so much, but like everything I do I would love to learn more about it, tips, advice, motivation and support. I have always led a healthy life, but after turning 31... I hit a weight higher than my pregnancy weight, which I am so embarrassed by, I don't even post selfies on instagram anymore. I have to reclaim my health, body and life! I have auto immune issues and my abs have a pretty severe separation which hinder my exercise abilities... which I am hoping it will be easier after losing some weight, doing yoga, stretches and light work outs at home, I have already seen an improvement in my flexibility and muscle tone! Seeing these changes and the scale moving is something I never thought would happen for me! My goal is to reach 120-125lbs
