Surgeon gave me the go ahead to go back to GYM, have not been there in over a month, so tomorrow is the big day..Life is Good and still KETO on !!!And I'm Do N OK !!!

remember to stretch before and after...especially after being out of the gym for a bit...I was surprised how slow I had to go when I started back.
