I would add some whole wheat pasta

I can't eat pasta; I had the sleeve WLS done in April 2016 @princessballerina I do not eat rice, bread or pasta. The whole wheat pasta would not make this a Keto meal;

As for the recipe; this is actually from olive garden. I went last night with my son because he was hounding me for the bread sticks. I ordered a side of grilled chicken (3 ozs roughly), a side of grilled shrimp (5 comes in this) and a side of steamed broccoli (1 cup-ish) with a boat of the Alfredo sauce. They brought it all with a bowl and I tossed everything together and ate what I could. (1 oz of chicken, 3 shrimp about 1/3 of the broccoli). I has the gastric sleeve surgery in April 2016 so I know I would not be finishing this There is a copy cat recipe for the Alfredo sauce on pintrest and the internet. It really is a excellent meal for Keto people looking for a low carb meal. I have also seen versions using blended cauliflower for Alfredo sauce for people who are not doing a keto lifestyle. Hope this helps!!

I order that and I get 2 more meals out of it. Had it for lunch yesterday and then will have it for lunch today. The bread is def so good but its a good challenge for me to be able to sit there and literally push it off to the side. If i don't order sides at restaurants I order off the kids menu and tweek things if needed :)
