I agree with mrspackrat's comments. In order to stop cravings, l have to go through withdrawal from the food I'm craving, especially if it has suga, lots or carbs or is processed. Manufacturers test foods to make them addictive or so I've heard and believe. Also, researchers gave rats a choice of sugar and cocaine and found that rats went to the sugar.

I've heard the Xyletol gum is okay on Hcg but I'm not sre how much. One a day?
