Um .. Ches? Who carved the avocado? Were they mad at it? (Hope you're smiling. Personally, I have never been able to make an avocado halve the way they say it's supposed to be done)

Ha ha, but seriously, good thinking. I can tell you are prepared for this!!! I`m doing 7 day fasting starting this Saturday and probably I`ll be saying the same (as long as I`m really emotionally prepared, the same way as you are). Let`s wait till Saturday, I think I will be ready.

Thanks all. I've been sub 208 for week after week after week and need to move on. Dr Schmidt is great example of a self-experimenter. I took a day off and spent 4 hrs reviewing his materials and fact checking. I subscribed and I loved his discussions about the benefits of cycling in and out of ketosis. Back to the lab I go.

You know your picture is from August, 2016. I think people would agree you have undergone a huge transformation and it would be wonderful to see the new improved Chesgreen. I know you're less than 10 lbs from your goal so huge kudos coming your way.
