woke up this morning with 1000 excuses not to go to the gym today. Its too cold, its too late, I wont get a good work out in, ill go tomorrow or after work. All these excuses are bull.. I never go "after work" and tomorrow there will be a new set off bs excuses. SO I narrowed it down, I can either do a killer cardio set or a decent full body work out. I opted for the full body bc I can always walk on the treadmill desk at work (if I have the energy) and its a lot easier for me to get that cardio in tomorrow before work than the full body work out bc of the gym / work hours. Im glad a went. I can hit the mini gym here at my apt complex before work tomorrow and the weights are limited so it made sense. Today is Friday ! YAYAYYAYAYAY , oh wait I work tomorrow. HA.. have a good day buddies.
