Finally!! I was absolutely dreading this weigh-in and I am so so happy! This week I stopped drinking protein drinks, and I reduced the amount of beans in my diet (beans are an essential part of my diet plan, but I had been eating far more than was necessary).
Today was also the last weigh in before my fitaversary on October 5th! I am so thrilled to have lost 89 pounds in a year!!!!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 89.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

Great job. I read an article written by a doctor the other day and he said slow carb is a very healthy way to loose weight and keep it off. I may look into it more I have to stay away from grains except rice.
