Shedding my water retention at last. Went to the doctor yesterday and talked to her about my anxiety and my weight loss efforts. She was very supportive of the low carb lifestyle. I was a little afraid because some doctors are still down on that. She didn't see the real weight loss because I was at 200 last time I saw her, so she didn't see me at my heaviest. Now I have one medication to help ease my anxiety and one to help aid me in my continued weight loss. I am relieved that I finally saw her and now have some tools to help me on my journey to feeling normal and being healthy.

My doctor was ok with low carb too. He has been pleased with the results. Keep up with your good efforts.

Thank you! The diet meds are working a bit too well. I am not hungry at all. I am going to take them for this month and see how things go. Low carb and low calories don't usually work well together.

I take a magnesium supplement in the evening called Calm, It helps me sleep and soothes edgy anxiety, and it also helps with keto leg cramps. It's a powder that you dissolve in water, lemon flavor. It's a useful addition to my kit when I need a little soothing.
