Happy Monday. I am so close to my next milestone that I have to tune out the self sabotage thoughts running in my head and trust in the numbers. Seeing if I can keep my calories below 1000 today. Should be achievable because I don't have any strenuous activities planned just an easy walk of 3.5 mph on a 1 degree incline for around an hour and a half while I catch up on two shows I missed last night. I benched yesterday with dumbbells and my chest is sore. I like sore. Let's go!

Thanks all. I am a little hungry now but long term for sure, a little hungry vs a little stuffed will keep the scale moving in the right direction.
