Time to get serious! I stepped on the scales today and didn't like what I saw. Pretty disappointed in myself because I definitely did not accomplish my goals for this month. I didn't lose any weight. I had wanted to lose 8 pounds. And I ate out more than once per week, I'm pretty sure. I just don't have the self control I used to have. And it's probably because of the people I surround myself with. No offense to them but they are kinda a bad influence on me when it comes to food. But that's really no excuse. I need to focus on me. So I am going to record everything I eat and try my best to make good food choices. I know I sound like a broken record lol, but at lease I haven't completely given up. I am still determined!

I found that my friends push me once, twice, but then I straight up tell them I'm watching my food & weight, they back off... But then again I look like I need to lose weight!

Logging all you eat will really help. It makes a record that you can look back on and see where you dropped or gained...if you stayed the same, you can see what you want to focus on NOT eating. Good for you being determined, you can do this :)

Recording your foods should help since it's easy to forget throughout the day what we actually eat, plus it helps to see patterns where we might be eating more foods that we would probably be better off avoiding for the time being. You got this!

Try planning your meals for a few days ahead of time, including those you will have out. Then, even if you change them somewhat, you will have a target to shoot for. FS has a lot of restaurant menus on file, so I can plug in a couple of possibilities and see the results. Even if I change my mind, I can a basic idea of what I should have to stay on course.
