Dropping almost every day for the week. I know it is just the typical initial water weight, but it does wonders for my motivation! I am hoping for another nice jump once TOM is over. :) One thing that has helped tremendously is that I have somehow exchanged my Mountain Dew addiction for a Propel fitness water addiction. I struggle with drinking plain water, but these have just the right amount of flavor that is the perfect level of " I can taste the grape, but it isn't overwhelmingly strong or sweet". They are also cheaper than Mountain Dew...LOL. I know plain water is best, but I just can't do it. At least right now. Have a great day everyone!

I'm glad I am not alone. People will tell me...oh just drink plain water. It's so much better for you. But I just can hardly choke it down. I don't care too much for the carbonated kind although it will work in a pinch. I just have to have a tiny bit of flavor and I will drink it all day long.

i'm with you, not a fan of plain water. carbonated water makes me feel bloated, tho, so i stay away from that too. i stick with gallons of plain, unsweetened tea. my usual is a 50/50 mix of green or jasmine mixed with black tea is my favorite (i brew my own from whole leaves, not tea bags).

Try just a squirt of lemon or lime juice in your water, you'll be surprised how much flavor it adds. (If you still don't like it, you're only out a bottle of water! lol) I do like plain water but find a bit of flavor is refreshing especially on hot days.
