I have been off of Fat Secret and off my WOE since Saturday. My boyfriend and I were in a bad accident Saturday afternoon. Neither of us were seriously hurt, but I am still bruised up pretty bad from the air bag and seat belt. Then I started TOM on Monday and it has been rough this whole week. My eating is out of control. We just ordered pizza and wings for dinner that night and it just went downhill from there. I am trying to come back and get a handle on it today and have started off on track. I am hoping I can at least finish the week strong.

So glad you're OK! Getting your eating back under control might help you send your body the message that the threat is over, too. Hang in there!

Glad you weren't hurt worse, and I hope you feel better soon! Like you, I ended up ordering pizza and wings on Saturday too. I peeled the cheese and veggies off a couple slices of pizza and ate that, (tossed the pizza crust out to the chickens), then scarfedd down a whole bowl of garlic-parmesan wings. That's about the best idea I can come up with, so I don't binge. I still nibble on a little bit of dark chocolate once in awhile to satisfy Aunt Flo's cravings. =) Little by little, the weight loss will come!
