Bouncing back from my "fat" day with a couple non scale victories.

Today I tried on a couple of my daughters jackets size large but they run real small and they zipped! Inspired, I tried on one of my school shirts, size medium, that I replaced with larges a while back and holy shit... it fits and I don't look like an overstuffed sack of potatoes. Then I tried on a woman's size medium jacket my mom gave my daughter and again, success.

I'm having a skinny day :)

Just gothe back from the hospital where I picked up my last clinical prep assignment. Bittersweet.

Have a great day buddies!

Non-scale victories should be celebrated as well. I had one recently sipping up a jacket without holding my gut in. Congrats.

Awesome when the old clothes fit again! You can just recycle the clothes and use them again when the weight comes off! It's being planet friendly, doesn't hurt the wallet, and feels so good! I have a big bucket of skinny clothes that I have kept for years thinking "one day they will fit again " and I look forward to getting them out and wearing them again! Of course I'll wash em first, they've been stored for almost 9 years!!! Congrats and I hope you enjoy your happiness!!

I agree with keeping the clothes. I have a pair of pants that at one time I had to use a safety pin to take in the waist a lilttle so they would fit and right now I can't even get them zipped - so I look forward to the day when they fit again - that will be supreme success for me. So you go girl, keep up the good workl!!

That is fantastic! Doesn't it just feel great when clothes fit just right or something you thought we be too small is actually a little loose! Can't wait to get to that point! :) Kudos! And glad your "fat" day was just that - just one day of feeling icky and now you're back to your rockin' self!
