I just found this web site a few weeks ago. It has helped me to stay focused on my diet, and also to make improvements along the way( fine turn ). But some thing other has happened that I was not expecting. The friendliness of the people here has keep me going when depressed and when I am happy they are there with you. I really don't make friends fast but I must say i really like every body here most especially my buddies...I check on them often to see how they are coming along..I feel sad if they are sad , happy when they are happy, and very glad when they have a weight loss. It feels like family. this is truly a special place...if i get skinny i may never leave...is this to mushy to post?...hope not.

I totally agree. I have been here since November. Support and friendships are great. I used sparkpeople for years and felt alone. People here are great!

Not mushy at all (of course, I cry at commercials and certain scenes in movies and TV)..TEEHEEHEE. Keep up the great work...it helps venting and or getting support from peeps in the same boat.
I am unable to exercise, so my weight-loss goals and objectives are solely based on my food choices. I love how eating LCHF makes me feel, and it really works!!
Just keep in mind that sometimes the scale can be deceiving... Using a tape measure is another way to gauge how you are progressing...good luck!!
