I used to be just schmetterling34 til someone nicked my phone and caused havoc with all my accounts.
Well I don't know.

Anyways. If you used to be my buddy. Please add me again. Still feeling quite lonely here.

Foot is broken, so I can do minimal exercise in the moment. Guess it's a good upper body workout. Wonder how long it will be before I can attempt to run again.

Okay. A little bit about me. I am 49, live in the south of England. We have 4 Springer spaniels which keep me busy at the best of times. I love gardening and generally being outside. But I also love to cook, now I have someone to cook for :).

I start every day with fruit and try to stay raw as long as possibly. Becoming dairy free is one of the best choices I have ever made. Said goodbye to bloating and stomach cramps :)

I love a butternut and sage risotto, make my own seitan if I want somrthing different on my sandwich, also making bean pates and my own vegan cheese. Plenty of veg, pulses and defo leafy greens . You got this Smile

You all sit down on a daily basis? And get up? That's a squat with a break in the middle! Does sitting down or getting up hurt?

Fitbit FAIL
Interesting! I did wonder how accurate fitbit is!!! I only have the fitbit charge. The one thing that I have noticed: I go out for a 4 mile run with friends on a Sunday (verified by a gps watch and my car) but my fitbit only records a max of 4.8 kilometer. So I do wonder what happens to the one of the miles!!
