I have to give credit to Phil again...I have been following his eating as close as I can....I must say that it works for me also....thank you Phil if you are listening. I weight my self each and every day....mark it on the calendar day.(large calendar) at the end of the week i divided the 7 days back into each day that is added up for the weeks total...very accurate with no ups and downs. The weight just keeps peeling off. and the Monday weigh in is the time to post it....keeps my spirits going and wife is now starting her diet....wonder why? you think that she notices.

I'm glad to have helped you, bro! I give all the credit to the genius of ketogenic eating, and really it's intuitive, people have only eaten carb-heavy for the last 100 years or so. Consistency is key, no cheating (and why would you want to?), and keep reading and learning. You're off to a great start!

So many people are trying to reinvent the wheel.....in order to be successful you need to copy what other successful people are doing...baring no special health issues of course....but the mind has to be the first because I always would say i want to lose weight but never did.....your mind has to be on board completely,, saying that is not enough. When your mind gets to the point of saying enough is enough and i will do what is necessary,,,it may be the right time for you.

yup, your mind has to lead the way. I also find the more I read about ketogenic and low carb the more focused I stay. I found a keto adaption facebook group that is very knowledgeable and that helps too. I am not one to take things at face value. I gotta look it up and learn it myself.
