Weight loss helps - or a sleep study for a possible sleep apnea thing which is treatable!
|
I took a video of him at 215 am so I could show it to him today and he could hardly believe it!!.... and of course, he's asleep taking a nap and my a$$ is dragging. bwhahahah.. nothing a good work out wont cure...

Been there, done that!! DH finally diagnosed with sleep apnea (I could have told them that, why test??? Just ask the wife!) so snoring is not possible with the CPAP machine. Just that gentle whirring of the machine instead of the earth shattering snoring, followed by silence until he finally breathed again, with me holding my breath until he did, or poking him in the ribs to get him going again.

i say C-PAP machine would be better, Red!
|
When I got my cpap, I had a new life. I can't believe how much I love it. Now that I am losing, I fear they will take it away from me.

He would need a sleep study and doc eval to determine what is going on, there are also other causes of snoring besides the apnea that the c-pap will help.

my husband had this machine and the sound it makes helped me sleep because it was sort of like the ocean waves. He is clostaphobic and couldn't ever get them to come change the mask. as soon I call the insurance company about them not coming, they was here the next day when they knew they wasn't going to get any more money.
