SOOOO i did not get a work out in last.. Right after work I felt really bad. Stomach was acting up and its shark week. I let DH talk me into resting which I'm absolutely ok with. I know I talk a lot of smack at the beginning of the week, and Oh imma do this and that but, hey, life sometimes intervenes and I need to be ok with it (im a control freak hehe). My back was just killing me and I felt really blah and tired. Today is a new day. Gonna take yesterdays work out and divide it up thru out the rest of the week and just give it my best shot. I plan to make up the lost cardio on Saturday so it will even out fine. And 4 days lifting is more then enough in my world. I did have one corn tortilla to settle my stomach. If that's the worst I do this week then I'm lucky. Cause it could be way worse HA! Im saving my misbehaving for this weekend when I go to movies with my bff. Im planning on some popcorn, ( not to bad) or queso and a beer.. Its gonna be great!! Still trying to hash out my thanksgiving plans.... Hope every has a great day !

Remember red, ONE STEP AT A TIME. Don't beat yourself up over one day. We all do it.. hell, even body builders do it.. so, lighten up and just follow life's flow. Everything will turn out just fine.
