I don't really have another place to brag about this, because my weight loss journey is private except from my family.
I'm participating in a 6 week walking challenge - 1 mile a day, 6 days a week. I've been enjoying it so much that I often walk at least a mile and a half. Yesterday and this morning I decided to go faster, according to MapMyRun I was going as fast as 15 min/mile! Here comes the brag: My butt hurts! It's that wonderful kind of hurt that I usually get from glute raises, or after a night of dancing! ♡ I'm just so pleased, it's like physical evidence that my daily walking is doing something!

AmberLain, great news. Keep increasing your walking distance as your muscles adapt. However, be careful of your knees. As you loose weight the stress on your knees will decrease. Don't worry about the 'pain in the ass'. lol

That's great!! A 15-minute mile is about as fast as you can walk without jogging . . .

Feel free to brag! Muscle aches from working out are something that makes most of us smile. I end up with sore legs and abs after a few days of Power Yoga, and it makes me happy.
