today I worked out with my trainer and I hadn't seen him in a few weeks and the 1st thing he said to me was I looked thinner !!! OMG happy day!! He's is really tough and it takes a lot to get a compliment out of him bc he is always pushing me harder so I feel bullet proof today. We did some hardcore abs, chest and triceps and I learned to do skull crushers. I cant explain how GREAT I feel right now.

OMG - skull crushers are a blast! They Force you to stay with it! Building muscle will show inches lost well before you see it on the idiot box!

For the triceps

googled them. I do those but the tricep ones I do on the suspension trainer are harder. They have your entire body weight working on your triceps, dang it's hard.
