Mornings everyone,

I discovered this weekend I cannot eat what ever I want so lesson learned. :)

it happens to the best of us.. I'm struggling too.. I get thru the week fine then Friday or Sat , I give in ..usually bc we go out.. I need to eat before I go and mentally prepare. This is weight loss 101 but after 10 months I catch myself getting bored. I think I need to buy a new cookbook and spice it up a bit !!

@losinit yes it does. @red, it is not so much the struggle I think it is the bored for sure for me I get to that point and say hmm still losing weight , so I can have this or that. then when I managing my weight if I am maintaining and not gaining I think hmmm just a little more that is where I screw up.

weekends are the worst for me too! I can do great all week and then blow it on Saturday or Sunday. or for that matter, both days, ugh!!!

I agree...it is something about the weekend. This weekend is family reunion...pray for me....there with ALL that good food...HELP!!!!

Weekends, evenings out, holidays...anything that breaks routine and requires a greater level of awareness in making food choices especially in social situations can test resolve and send us looking for more tools to manage. Feeling your pain.
