Hi my name is Andee and Im a recovering carb-o-holic... BAHAHAHAHAH...Im feeling gooooood today. I've got over 6k so far on my steps and got my gym plan all set. Bought some fresh fruit and veggies today and chicken and plan to make some mini meatloaves for the week tomorrow..Plan on using my muffin tins. I've come to terms with my new daily net carbs and feeling strong about moving forward diet wise and stepping up my game at the gym. I know Imma be tired for a few days but Ill just deal with it. I'm so looking forward to the next 20 lbs.Current goal : working on 3 lbs to get to 190, Mini goal.. 185 sounds nice. Long term goal 170 by thanksgiving. Daily goals. gym , water and log it all !!
