Yesterday was a long and tiresome day at work but I did manage to get 8600 steps yesterday, Not the 10k I hope for but I was operating on about 3 hrs of sleep so 8600 is actually a lot.. Today I slept much better and walked for an hour in the park before work. Plan to hit the gym tonite. SO i did eat some beans last night... its all part of moving up the low carb ladder. I was gonna wait but my MR made beans and eggs (this is Texas after all). OMG they were great.. I had 2 scrambled eggs and about 1/4 cp of refried beans ..not the best choice I know but boy were they stellar !! Not gonna push it by eating more...I dont think we even have any.. moving forward with my plan to go slow and work in the greek yogurt and melon this weekend.. Plan to shop up a storm friday and prep for the week.. Hope every one has a awesome and healthy day !!

I'm doing low carb - I think averaging 70 grams per day is reasonable for me to do. That way I can have some fruit and flourless baked goods sometimes. Previous people posting spoke of using coconut oil - I have 3 containers of it - so I guess I'm set.

I'm in Texas too, so I get it. I have Fibromyalgia, so going slow in movement is a must for me. Part of my pain management is to work awhile (retired so doing stuff at home) and then sit in my massaging chair fro a few minutes.

I'm a control freak Heidij123 when it comes to my personal habits.. i like routine and have to plan everything... annoys my kids but keeps me honest hahahaha..
