northernmusician's Journal, 14 July 2015

This may load slow. The previous 2 days of roving in the bush. Some nice spots. First one is a long term goal for rock climbing. It is a multi-stage lead climbing location. Otherwise, the smaller rocks (about 50-60 feet tall) will be good to practice on. The fields are of the huckleberry patch that, as yet, is not bearing ripe fruit. Very pretty though.

Great pictures, thanks for sharing them. I hope you did NOT find that hornet/wasp nest or whatever it is the hard way!

Wonderful photos - I might do the "little" rocks...LOL. The rest looks scary for me. Miss Tika has turned into a real beauty!

Thanks for the comments guys. That location with the photos with Tika was where she spent her second week with us as a tiny puppy. I should add her puppy pic into the batch. We hunted there for the week the second week she was with us. She seemed really excited to be there. Maybe she remembered it. That was also the location where we bought our bear sausage last year. Or rather where our bear sausage bought it. Hopefully moose this year.

beautiful! Where are you at?

Central British Columbia Canada. This is behind Houston BC for the mountain and rock. The fields with the dog are North of Burns Lake BC just a few miles from Babine Lake. Second largest natural lake in BC?

There's so much natural beauty and total wilderness in BC. That's what I call 'awesome'!
