Happy new week, Buddies:
I am feeling so much better this morning since I added pseudoephedrine to the mix - between the decongestant and the antihistamine - I can breathe again! I knew I did not have an infection - the doctor just wanted to shove more antibiotics at me. The pharmacist was more helpful!
It seems I have lapsed on my water a little - so I will drink as much as I can today, and back to OTF tomorrow. My appetite is down so I will just take it as I.F. for the day...
Words of the week: "Food is fuel for our bodies, not the answer to problems."
I am dedicated, determined and diligent.

This seems to be a bad year for allergies (sniff, sniff). The wind kicked up on my way back from my walk and surrounded me a a hail storm of pollen. Hope you continue to feel better.

The extra water will help flush everything out. And, you're going to need it since the antihistamine dries you out. Glad you feel better. If you're not hungry, don't eat. But try to eat tomorrow. You don't want to fast too long.

just be careful, some meds will make you gain weight according to my doctor and even the most innocent non-prescription can even raise your blood pressure!
