This evening when i headed to Subway for my Tuesday night dinner, I ordered a salad. One of the girls behind the counter remarked that a lot of people had ordered salad that day. The other one said that it was because summer was coming and people wanted to look good in their bathing suits. I thought to myself, the heck with the bathing suit I just don't want to gain the weight back and the salad fills me up. So there. =)

Good for you! I love salad. I really do. But when I eat it every day, it's like, "Give me a juicy Rib Eye from Ruth's Chris!" It's amazing how I can skip the salad for two days and be totally craving a salad.
