Happy Tuesday, Buddies:
Had a good workout this morning at OTF - used the 20 lb dumbbell for everything today - lots of goblet squats and dumbbell swings, triceps extensions, and work on the Bosu ball. I probably could go to 25 lb now but wasn't feeling it this morning!
I feel better about my food choices and have three good days in a row under 30 total carbs. Once I get back on track, I usually can maintain the momentum.
My biggest challenge will be a one week training away from home I will attend mid-April. Food is included and I suspect it is all buffet...this is why I want to get a routine established and lose a few more pounds before I leave.

Do they provide a frig in the room? Possibly take veggies, protein and other ingredients and a magic bullet to make a smoothie.

CR - not sure about the refrigerator in the room - BUT they do have a gym and a spa! I even bought a large suitcase so I can pack my hand immersion blender and protein powder. It will be interesting!

You are a lady beast using 20 lbs, When I do CVX which is a cardio workout with weights I am spent by the end using a 10 lb weight. I want to workout with you :) Give me some more drive.
