Hey my Buddies:
Happy almost weekend...I just finished my workout and got my food lined up for the rest of the day. Planning ahead is key!
I feel well and have much more strength with my weight work. I asked the trainer to work with me a little tomorrow after class to check my form, and give ideas to attack certain body areas.
