Hello, everyone! My internet connection was off for two days. It snowed and has been abnormally cold but I don't think that was the problem. The customer service promised to send a worker to our house but nobody even came to see what the problem was. I think it was the internet company that had some equipment failure. I was going crazy not being able to check my email or favorite websites, but I did get some work done around the house since I wasn't on the computer. :)

It's amazing how much our lives are tied to computers and technology now. So different from say 20 years ago...how did we survive then? :) Glad you're back online Deb.

Welcome Back DEB!!!!, I agree with you JMB3450, Just think how the world was without cell phones, smart phones, computers, ect. I used to think I could not live without a microwave or VCR, not its the smartphone!!! DEB great Job holding 130-Below your goal weight!!!!!!

Thanks, everyone! Glad you all still remember me. :) I set my goal weight at 136 lbs, which is the highest normal weight for my height 5' 2" and when I saw my doctor in November he said don't go below 130 lbs, so I took that as my lowest goal weight. If I fluctuate between 130 and 136 lbs, I'm good. I still weigh every day to keep myself on track, but don't weigh in every day at FS.
