Hello, everyone! I've already reached my goal weight, so I won't be able to join most of the challenges about losing weight. I'm in the No refined sugar for 1 week challenge, which starts on Friday. Keeping my sugars low is something I can participate in. I am wishing you all good luck and hope you lose the weight! For those on maintenance, I am learning from you. A few of you want to gain weight and you are in my prayers. All of you are in my prayers and/or good thoughts, as the case may be. Take care of yourself!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Let's create a challenge we all can do, even if we haven't hit our goal weight. What do you think Deb? How about something like walking a mile daily or minutes on the exercise bike or crunches, squats, Chugging beer (just seeing if you are paying attention), or sharing one nutritious dish every week or.....?

Deb that's a easy one! You got it! Just think what else is around, honey, maple syrup, molasses, palm sugar, agave nectar, raw sugar...The secret is that its raw and not touched by anyone, besides boiled like maple syrup. You can experiment by boiling something like watermelon...haha I used maple syrup for everything, and honey. I have 3 types all from farmers, not pasturized, one is from lime trees, one is buck wheat, and one is clover. And they each taste different and look different as well.

The easiest way is getting rid of the sugar...I don't own any. So there for don't use any. Haha.

Oh yeah, easy to avoid refined sugar. Also maintenance status so the losing weight ones aren't for me either.

I hear you about the challenges. I joined one that is just about exercising which is a good thing to keep up.
