Even though I am doing so well, I often push myself too hard. I keep going when I should rest. I was having a thought last night or this morning, I forget, but I told myself that I am not going to beat myself up or run myself down. I can honestly say that I am doing the best that I can. :)
141.6 lb Lost so far: 60.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We shouldn't beat ourselves up but it seems we do often don't we? It's easy to get run down too. Something I have been struggling with lately.
