Good morning! I joined the group Goal by Birthday and I wrote this as my message: Hello! My birthday is September 14th and my goal weight is 136 lbs! It was 4 months ago and I was so positive about it. Since I usually only lose 5 lbs a month, it looks like I won't make my goal weight on my birthday, because there is less than 1 month remaining! However, I am not going to slack off. Here I go, full speed ahead. Warp drive! walk/walk/walk/walk/RUN/walk/ ;)

When you reach your goal weight, try to find a way to get your graph printed and laminated on your wall. It's such a cool graph!

Yeah, September's a stretch, but October's totally doable! And even if it's November, in the scheme of things - who cares? You *know* you will get there. You make progress every week. I'd figured I'd hit my goal by Christmas, but that's starting to look like a bit of a stretch, too. Oh, and our birthdays are only about a week apart. I'm the 20th!
