Wow almost two pounds down for the week. You are such an inspiration for everyone here at FS. I read your message yesterday when I was feeling down. It must have worked because I pushed through my workout and decided to work in the yard. This morning I recorded a loss. Thank you friend.

LOLOL, guys!!! Thank you! So true... one good bio-event (to be euphemistic) and I should be in the 1's!!! :D But yeh, @NM, @Bill, @Tim and @Kathy, I'm dying to get there. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN for your support. You guys may have all gotten smaller (and are getting smaller yet; with the exception of you @NM -- planned of course), but you all have HUGE SPIRIT in my opinion. Thank you again! :D

Thanks, @Dweller. Wow... just realized you and I started in kind of the same boat. I did the exact same thing... I began by sort of over-doing my vices... and got all the way up to 340 before I started in earnest. You're doing GREAT... down over 50lbs!!! WTG. Keep up the great work. You've got this.
