Greetings all!
I have been MIA again...but busy and happy. We spent the entire weekend at the baseball field as my Boston Red Sox were in town! I had so much fun going to all three games since they only come here once a season. Red Sox wining all three games - fantastic! Baseball snacks - not so great!
I am still doing poorly with exercise and food selections; but refuse to give up or beat myself up. I am conscious, aware and watchful of everything I eat. I believe I will pull it all back together eventually. For me it is about never giving up!
Let's rock it together!
