I will weigh less than 140 lbs by the end of the year. I will have a flat stomach. My arms will not continue to wave after I have stopped. I will not feel my butt cheeks flapping together when I jump. My butt will no longer hang over the sides of the toilet seat!

I'm on day 5 of my 10 day challenge to not eat crap and it's getting easier. I'm going shopping tonight so I will have plenty of non-cheaty food in the house. When I reach 10 days then I will start over and think of a new reward.

Next up.. exercise. I'm going to call the gym today and see if I can get the 5 cent tour. Maybe after seeing the place and what they have to offer I will sign up for 3 months. 3 months is $55. 6 week trial is $30. I will tone and sculpt and rid myself of butt dimples! Because.. this is the year I do everything I said I would do for the last 15 years. I managed to lose 25 lbs last year and reach a new low. This year I'm kicking some serious butt. I have to.. the kids have me outnumbered. Any sign of weakness and I'm a goner.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Great attitude! And good for you to check out the gym! And before you know it, you will be 140 lbs!! Amazing!

(heandsheeatclean dot com) I have eaten their blueberry muffins, chocolate protein bars and their cauliflower pizza. I have loved it all and it is way better for you. Check it out, it helps to have more clean food options laying around

Have you seen how many calories I eat? lol I'm a low carb girl. I can give up bread and cookies but there is no way I'm giving up steak.

The red line will give you motivation, lol. I think you should join the gym. It's a smokin' good deal. I pay $65 a month for mine. Guess I should start going more often!
