Finally getting closer to my "norm" for food and exercise - still not all the way back yet; but I feel "enlightened."Still grateful for:
- The people I love who love me back! - The good health of my loved ones - My FS Buddies who support and encourage me to continue - "Butt-kicking" myself to a smaller size today

Cute kitty! Don't let Bren's Oreo see that - he'll want a set of lights too!

It's not easy getting back on track but as long as you keep trying, you WILL get there. For me it's a process, not a quick fix. So easy to fall off track in the blink of an eye but it can take me weeks to get my mind (and body!) back into it. Sigh. But we've got a whole brand new year to tame this beast. And I know we are ALL gonna do it! Lucky 2013 - the year we all reach our goal and learn how to stay there :)

We're in this together HCB! I've managed to string 4 good days together. It's super hard to keep on going before New Years, too, when everyone else is still indulging and telling themselves "...after the 1st I'll do this, come January I'll do that..." Yeah! We know how that turns out! Our resolutions are NOT New Year's resolutions. They are part of that complex idea of "lifestyle". We are the architects and the muscle behind meaningful body and health change. It all rests with us. Support is wonderful and needed, but we all know what it takes not to put that extra delicious thing in your mouth and not sit on the couch when it is freezing cold to not exercise. I thank you for all the encouragement over this last year, and I know we will all be doing a lot better in about a week, with the holidays securely behind us!
