I am not leaving FatSecret - but I am taking a leave of absence (so to speak.) I am incredibly grateful for the love and support of all of you that have befriended me during my time here. And I didn't want to just disappear without anyone knowing...what the heck!
I have taken two volunteer positions that will require four days a week out of the house on a regular basis. (and I am still looking for a job to boot!)
But during this time, I am venturing out on a journey of a different sort. In the very beginning, I talked a lot about becoming 'mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually - healthy'. And I have worked on each of these aspects of myself all throughout this process.
Well, I am moving in the direction of taking on some additional work with each of those goals in mind. And these volunteer positions are just the beginning.
I will try to come back here once a week - post a short update, weigh in and attempt to catch a few of you to offer my continued support.
I am still continuing with my low carb lifestyle, still working on returning to my original weightloss goal, and still working on a continued maintenance level from there... but I am more concerned about what YOU are working on. If I can help you, please let me know.
A solid plan of action, a continued focus on working that plan, and a renewed effort in daily holding yourself accountable... all things right out of the pages of Successful Weight Loss 101!!! Much Love.
