Thought I'd write a whole new bio for the new year! I had been struggling a lot since I joined this site a couple years ago and I finally learned that what worked for me before (Atkins, the Zone) no longer works for my body. I discovered the Virgin Diet and have lost 21 lbs since October 14, 2013. I am taking it very seriously as I am almost 40 and still have 20 lbs to lose. Everyone on this site has been so positive and supportive, and I love checking in here every day! As of 1/1/2014 I am at 180.2 and my goal is a very attainable 160.
I love running, yoga, and horseback riding, and am adding burst training and weight training to the mix.
