Completed 30 minutes of my circuit training DVD with JM that starts with her infamous "butt-kicks" - whew, so glad to be closer to my
pre-vacation routine. Still lethargic...but slowly coming out of my coma!

I really really want to wear my new pants that are a smaller size than the ones I am wearing today...so let the butt-kicking continue!

Grateful for:

- The good health of my loved ones
- My FS Buddies who support and encourage me to continue
- "Butt-kicking" myself to a smaller size today
- My DH - who is my greatest "cheerleader"
- My Bengal cat companions named Bodhi and Ravi
- My work - which has meaning and worth to other human beings
- My connection to the Mother Earth and its entire splendor
- My physical health

It's great that your keep things in perspective. People often take the little things in their lives for granted. And we all know (or should recognize), the little things add up and mean more in the end!

Working on the same thing here... Trying to just get 30 min of something right now to start esp feeling so out of shape. Kuddos my friend!

Great job. With all my OT this week I SOOOOO didn't want to exercise last night. I ran for 30 mins on the trampoline. I was quite happy I did, too! "Butt-kicking" ourselves to a smaller size is were it is at!

Great job getting the exercise done! LOL that you asked us to "butt kick" you to get back into your exercise routine and then you end up butt kicking yourself ;) Keep it up!

I have been a little relaxed the past week too (time off from work), but finally got a good workout at the gym last night. I have training tonight, so I am getting back into the groove too. :) Good job on letting JM help with your butt-kicking.

Love this journal!!! I'm going to go kick some BUTT!!! Mine - I want a smaller size and apparently not eating very much isn't going to do it alone...Besides I want to be STRONGER too! LOL

I knew you'd start moving again - you'll do fine biking on Saturday. BTW - If you are anything like me, new clothes are a great motivator.

Good for you for doing your DVD! I love smaller pants, too. I have some jeans in my closet I am just waiting to get into - I can squeeze into them but who wants that?
