hard to give up the treats eh! Glad you have a treat you can enjoy 

Living Large! Oh how our expectations are lowered when we live the 'Keto Lifestyle'. I used to eat ice cream by the pint. Now we are like "I had 5 spoonful's of ice cream!" :) 

i cant have anything as decadent as icecream but someday im hoping. where did you find that? I've never seen that brand. 

I eat the real stuff— Haagen Daz— a serving is 1/2 cup. I physically could not eat a whole pint.

I hate to ask. How big is a serving? It says 60 calories per serving. I dare to dream.

Lol Baskington! I’ve still got some serious carb cravings!!! 😑 This was a good sub though. It tastes like halo top and I bought it half off. Wish I would have bought two. I’ve actuslly had it for a month! Maybe I should make it into a shake next time. It had a slight freezer burn taste 😒 shows how often I endulge :P lol ABEF!!! You just reminded me I ate a f*ing cherry and didn’t log it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Wow 1 carb per cherry... it was worth it :D

Omg!!! I saw this at the store the other day but I thought it would taste like all of the other diet ice creams that I’ve tried (watered down) so I didn’t buy it. Is it worth it?! 

Lena you can taste the fake sugar but my kids like it so it can’t be that bad! Lol and it’s really creamy! 

Kids ate it. Perfect 

Yumm! Not sure if I can get this in Canada - must go looking for it.
