Losing weight is a lot harder in the 40’s! I’m 43 and find that it’s a lot more challenging now. I also want to get into the 120’s. I’ve lost 38 lbs since Dec. 2017. Keep up the great work! You can do it!

We are so hard on ourselves yet never seem to notice how every other girl at the pool also has “folds” when she bends over or sits down. It’s normal !! You look great!! Very lean and in shape!

You guys are too kind. Thank you for making this old mom feel good. No one but my husband has seen my stomach for many years 😁 this is not like me to post this pic but I’m hoping I can gain some confidence by stretching out of my comfort zone. Self confidence is not my strong point.
